Have you seen these lost pets?

Below are notifications and e-mails that we have received regarding lost pets in our local area.  If you have seen them, please send an e-mail to the addresses listed with the information.

If you have lost a pet and would like your pet's information listed, please contact us at rchshumane@yahoo.com.  Be sure to include a description of your lost pet, a picture, where they were last seen, and an e-mail address.  We also ask that you give us permission to post your e-mail address on this web page so that those who may have seen your pet can contact you directly.

Finding Your Lost Pet

Be sure your pet's microchip information is up to date!  Contact your pet's microchip company and update your personal information any time something changes.  This will aid in the recovery of your lost pet!

We recommend that you contact area shelters regarding your lost pet.  Check out our Links page for area shelter's contact information.  Remember, if your pet is microchipped be sure to call your microchip company and put an alert on your pet's chip!

ReturnMyPet.com is a website where you can post a free ad about your lost pet.  They also have helpful tips on what to do.  

Missing dog: Grace

Grace is a female Brittany-Springer mix who went missing June 23rd in Manhattan.  She is dark brown and white in color.  A reward of $500 is being offered for the return of Grace, or for information leading to her return.  If you have seen Grace, or have any information that might help reunite her with her family, please contact Kristen at 785-341-5766 or Debra at 785-373-4835.

Missing cat: Willie Bob

Willie Bob is a neutered male orange tabby cat who went missing October 8, 2008.  He was last seen in the Garden Way area of Manhattan.  He is eight years old, approximately 12 pounds, and has an ear tattoo that says: IHM4.  If you have seen Willie Bob, or have any information that might help reunite him with his family, please contact John at 785-317-4109 or jrvetpath@cox.net.

Missing cat: Seamus

Seamus (pronounced "Shay-mus") is a 7-year-old, orange and white, neutered male cat who was last seen on the evening of November 7th, 2008 on Strong Avenue (Northview area by Tuttle Creek Blvd and Casement in Manhattan).  He has medium to long hair (he's growing out a haircut) and has no front claws.  He's approximately 10-14 lbs.  He doesn't have a collar, but he is microchipped.  If you have any information about Seamus that might help reunite him with his family, please contact Casey or Justin at 785-587-4100, 785-565-1425, or 785-410-1819
