RCHS is NOT the City of Manhattan shelter.  We cannot take in strays and we do not have a physical location.  We are a separate, private organization with a network of foster homes.  However, we do work closely with the City Shelter to save as many lives as possible.  To view City Shelter contact info, please check out our "Links" page.
